At Gods Warrior Co., our current turnaround time is approximately 15-21 business days. 

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

The extended turnaround time is due to the personalization of most of our items, as each piece is made to order just for you.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or modifications. Please ensure that all selections, personalization, sizes, and details are verified prior to checking out.

Special Note On Monogramed Items:

Monograms are styled with the first name initial, last name initial, and middle name initial. Please note that we will print or stitch them exactly as entered.

No Returns, No Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please be advised of the following policy regarding returns and exchanges:

1. No Returns or Refunds:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items purchased.

2. There will be no returns on exchanges on any embroidered items. All items are made to order. We will not provide refunds or exchanges due to wrong thread color, wrong size of design, or wrong size of garment. Please see sizing charts for reference and please verify all selections prior to ordering. No changes will be made to an order after submitting.

3. Exchanges:

Exchanges will be considered only on special occasions. To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

*The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and free from any signs of wear.

*The original packaging, including all tags, must be intact and included with the item.

*Only non-custom items are eligible for exchange.

4. Process for Exchanges:

 To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions based on the circumstances. If there was a mistake on our end, we would be happy to get it corrected.
